When will I receive my order?
It will always depend on your location. From our website, payment takes 2 days to process; from our Instagram via transaction, it is immediate.
International deliveries take 10-20 days to South America and 5-10 days to Europe and the rest of the world.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in Thailand and China, by the same factories that originally sell shirts and shorts to teams and national teams worldwide (for legal reasons and the contract that the factories have with football companies, they tend to make a minimal change to the shirt for individual customers, such as changing something embroidered to rubber; we call these G5 replicas even though they are from the same factory, to inform you what you are buying).
We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure high quality and a fair price.
What is the shipping process?
We ship internationally worldwide. Please note that we are not affiliated with the new regimes of the countries, as selling globally means we cannot maintain separate regimes for each location.
For this reason, our shipments are dispatched categorized as "gift." This way, you ensure you don't pay taxes or any added value on the product.
The customs process depends exclusively on whether your country requires it or not:
